SUPER IMPORTANT! Put a business card in the package or write down your address,phone number, email along with full, detailed instructions on your repair so I can contact you once the package arrives.
Wrap very well your pen or nib with bubble wrap and mail in a sturdy box with plenty of packing and be sure if you send a pen that the pen is DRAINED OF INK before mailing, thank you!
I can't tell you how many times someone has shipped a nib inside a letter size envelope taped to a piece of paper and the postal machine flattened the nib! Sometimes I receive a pen for repair in a box and the pen is rattling around in a box with no packing! Please put the nib or pen in a sturdy container or bubble wrap it and ship in a sturdy mailing box. For U.S. Customers the U.S. Post Office has free Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes of various sizes you can use. There is a $35.00 per package handling fee if you decide not to do the work estimated, which is waived if the repairs are approved.

There is a $35.00 non refundable fee if you make a reservation then decide not to follow through. This fee is necessary due to "no shows" that take reservations then do not follow through taking up repair time that other's would want.
Please Note; If your repair is not claimed after 60 days from approval of the repair and I have not heard from you after the repair has been done the pen or nib will be broken down for parts or sold to satisfy your outstanding repair costs.
